I had a massage and facial. Both were excellent. The massage was the right degree of firmness and my aesthetician was able to give me some useful advice re: products for my skin. Overall a really terrific experience

Shamim is always friendly and professional. She always explains the produce she will be putting on my face (re: facial) and rationale/benefits of the products.

My RMT was so amazing and sensitive to my needs - adjusting and readjusting where needed and provided explanation for whatever questions I had. He was extremely professional and always asked questions / had checkpoints throughout the appointment

Loved the heated bed and hot towels! Tommy was very professional and I felt very comfortable. He spent a lot of time focusing on the area I mentioned that I had pain in and gave me tips for relieving the pain at home.

Reception staff were welcoming and the service providers did an excellent job.

I loved the setting of the room. It was very calming, and clean. I also enjoyed how they told me what they were putting on my face, before applying it so I’m aware of what’s going on my face. I also enjoyed the feedback they gave me for the improvement of my skin.

The reception was fantastic, the staff quite knowledgeable as the only areas I mentioned desiring a little more attention were seen to perfectly. Next time, thinking of going there for quite a bit longer!

It was very relaxing and informative and felt such a difference in my skin afterwards. My esthetician seemed to care about what my skin needs and focused on it.
