I find the massage therpists have helped me a great deal and continue to help me. I consider them part of my health care team.

Good rapport and friendly atmosphere. Hand and stone is a bit pricier than other options though.

The massage therapist was truly lovely, and my neck has felt better since our appointment. The only thing I would suggest is that prices are a bit high, if they were lower, I would get massages much more frequently.

My first time experience was very welcomed by all staff at the reception desk. The first massage therapist I received spoke a bit too fast with an accent. When I asked for clarification, he gave me “I already told you, do ....”. That made me feel like it was my fault for not hearing what he said properly, and I felt a bit rushed. The massage he gave was satisfactory because he would tell me when he was applying hot towels, but the focus was not exactly what I had said at the beginning of the session. I had explained I have been have neck pain on a specific side for 10 days. The next visit I had, the massage therapist explained everything at a good pace, focused on the area of discomfort and adjusted pressure when I said it was too hard. Exellant experience second time round.
