I came in with a problem medication was not able to fix after using for 3 days, but in 1 hours I was better!!!

Good attention to detail (e.g. the esthetician noticed that my lips were try and put vaseline on it while I was sleeping!). Place is very clean. Also I like the fact that I can let others use my massage or facial if I am not able to use it every month.

The person at the desk said "I make make more money when you get a membership". I believe she was the owner of the store. I know she was being honest but I was taken by suprise when she said that. I can understand that this a business, I expected the experience to be more professional. I tend to get 2-3 massages a month from different vendors

Alysha asked about areas requiring special attention. She listened and then addressed the areas. She was attentive and thorough. Best massage I've ever received at H&S.

Great massage therapist, Great front officer manager Nice atmosphere. I found the price for the first session really good, but i believe that the regular price for 50 mins(instead of the regular 60) is quite hight compared to all other places in proximity.

I booked my appointment online very easily, and the staff were polite and very accommodating of my available times. Adam gives an absolutely incredible massage, and I was so happy to feel all the tension in my neck and shoulders gone by the end of the appointment. Thank you!

Staff is very friendly and professional. Adam was a wonderful masseuse and targeted all areas I requested - I fell asleep as I was so relaxed! The membership is a great value for your money and the availability of appointment times is great.
