Both massage and facial services were excellent. My only problem was with the receptionist; strong accent, hard to understand, was pushing for massage when I only request a facial. When I finally accept and ask how long it would take since like most of us time is valuable she answered 15 min, which was in reality 50 min. The massage service was excellent, good thing did not have anything planned on that particular day.

Roopali is always very friendly and pleasant. Azra was great and very informative.

Highly satisfied with rmt. But when left with receptionist, there seems to be some sort of non friendliness. Reception hide behind monitor. Did not thank me for payment done. Did not ask if I would like another appointment. Being used to this sort of treatment from less than ideal staff elsewhere, and I didnt want to ruin my experience at this highly recommended place by my wife and daughter. I left. I chalk it up to perhaps the receptionist has a bad day. It is ok. Maybe mention to her that the client at the very minimum, may, like to book another appointment. I want to remember that my health was better after the visit. I called today to book at appointment, and rmt was booked up. Happy New Year 2017. Thanks for having such a great massage place.

My therapist did a very good job and gave good advice on dealing with my injuries

The staff is very professional and they have a great team. I have tried different RMTs at this location and everyone has various techniques from relaxation to deep issue. I always have great experience at College Street. I have recommended many family and friends. Great Job!!!!!!!!

Amazing Exprience I enjoyed my massage with Tommy and the owners or manger was very nice and friendly even made me a cup of tea since I was a bit early for my appointment . Great Exprience for the cost !!!!

Danelia at the 578 College Street location was absolutely wonderful! She made me very comfortable and I had a great experience. I don't get massages very often but the experience made me want to return every week! Very pleased with everything.
