Hand and Stone

The services were excellent! However, it was disappointing to have to get fully dressed and gather my belongings and wait in the front lobby between services.

Different therapist last time, not as good as regular and music detracted from experience.

It was perfectly fine, I just don't book massages very often in general so I can't say whether I'll be back anytime soon.

I am highly satisfied with the massages I receive at Hand & Stone, and the experience is very nice. The reason why I did not select highly satisfied is because I believe the cost recently went up and is a bit too high for the service. There are other massage places that charge less, and this causes my health insurance benefits to run out faster, so I do not get to maximize them the way I have in the past.

I had muscle aches the next day. It was effective in removing muscle aches right away but they returned the following day.

I was very satisfied with the service here. The receptionist was friendly and the massage was exceptional. The place was also very clean and welcoming.

I really love Oscar and I do enjoy his services. I wish the massage was 60 minutes rather than 50- it just seems a little short for the price. We started a few minutes late and then ended exactly at the 50-minute mark. I did appreciate him chatting with me after and giving me some advice to help me, but honestly, I would rather be massaged for an extra 10 minutes than chat after my massage. I really love Hand and Stone and I recommend it all the time- especially Oscar. But since I dont have coverage these massages are very expensive and I'd appreciate just a little more duration for the cost. I also know that if you add "foot massage" onto your full body massage for the extra fee, you dn't get more time added on, but rather, the foot massage just gets included in the time you're given. It seems strange to me?

I just hate even if I get there a few mins early that the massage ends a few mins early and by the time they come it’s also later and I don’t get my full 50 mins that I pay for.

I really appreciated the facial service itself, but there was a lot of pressure to purchase products or upgrade my service even when I was trying to relax and enjoy the service. I understand the need to sell more, but it was very pushy.
