Cost is higher than other RMT's. Wasn't able to use the first time deal because I used a gift card. Massage was not full 50 minutes (included undressing/dressing as part of 50 minutes.

I would say that I was highly satisfied. The cost is a little higher than other places nearby, and isn't fully covered by my benefits, but it is still not bad. The only reason I put that I might not recommend it to others in 90 days is because I don't really know anyone in this area to recommend it to - otherwise, I would!

I felt extremely pressured to purchase overpriced products at the end of my visit. These products were even bright up to the cash register for me despite not having agreed to purchasing them. I’m hesitant to return because I don’t want to feel that way after a treatment. Products can be suggested on a card or through email and then left at that. I’m not spending another $200 after an already costly treatment.

fan blasting on me the entire appointment, massage therapist was friendly but standoffish and not very communicative, wasn't informed there was no direct billing prior to appointment, pushy about the monthly plan .

overall very good. it was a good therapist with different techniques and new to me very good session with explanation and guidance did not care for the music

I've been an active member for many years. Because my account was frozen, I did not receive free facial. I think that is very unfair. I love coming to Hand and Stone for their services, but do not appreciate the lack of acknowledgement of a valued member.

The massage therapist engaged in small talk with me throughout the massage. I don’t want to be rude and tell them to stop but I don’t get massages to have to engage in meaningless conversation for an hour. Would have preferred if they asked if I wanted silence at the start.

As stated in previous answers

The service was great. But, the towel left behind to wipe oil off smelt sour (smells like when you leave clothes in the washer for days without drying).. my body smelt like it when i came home and I had to take a shower.
