too much emphasis on selling your products. As a result too much conversation.

Started having extreme pain in some of the areas the massage focused on.

I had a different therapist than usual and this therapist was a little rough with quite a bit of pressure. This therapist also spent a lot of time messaging the body with the blanket on instead of using oil and massage directly on the skin. I prefer massage with oil on the skin. My normal Therapist there Mika is incredible and when she is my therapist I am always highly satisfied.

Music wasn't played. Room was dingy and linens not so soft. No scented oil options. Reception way to bright not relaxing enough with receptionists talking with eachother

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming to me when I first stepped in but then proceeded to complain to each other about clients and meeting their sales targets which made it uncomfortable to sit and wait for my appointment. There also seemed to be friction between the massage therapists and receptionists in the way they spoke to each other.

The aesthetician was very nice. I wanted a relaxing and hydrating facial. I felt like she was very critical of my skin, which I understand she wanted to give me feedback but it made me feel bad about myself. The hard sell on the products was also overwhelming. After spending almost $200 on the facial and tip, I wasn't in a position to drop another $500 on products. The facial was great, the aesthetician was very informative and nice. But the verdict of the condition of my skin felt harsh and the hard sell of products was too much.

When I went to book for another massage I noticed there is no information on the therapists available. I would like to see a photograph and a brief bio of who the person is and their skill. The list of names is confusing and some have numbers after their name.

I expected more pressure and focus on specific areas I mentioned. I should have asked more pressure tho.

It wasn't a "problem" that I experienced, just that I would have enjoyed the facial more if I felt like I wasn't constantly trying to be sold products. It made me feel like the facial itself wasn't enough to address problems, as I was constantly being upsold on products that cost a *lot* of money for what they were. If I'm asked to pay $20 for an extra-cost hydrating facial, it makes me feel like what I'm already paying for isn't going to do the job.

Therapist technique was rather jilting (kept thinking of being pecked by a bird). Not to say it wasn’t effective, but it was not relaxing. Perhaps a mix of longer strokes combined with shorter jabs could be utilized.
