It was very good I just had some pain afterwards and still had some back pain but overall it was very good.

There was pressure to add on more services or buy products. The waiting area was clean but looked a little dated. The front staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The aesthetician was good.

I don't always feel welcome. I do like to hear if my MT notices tension or issues and makes stretching recommendations. Some other H&S locations allow you to use credit amounts in more ways. Ie. to add tips. Would appreciate that option also. Otherwise, everything else is ok.

Front desk staff are not very professional, seem not genuine. I prefer a more relaxing environment to have a massage ie relaxing music, scents. Also prefer cleaner environment ie no carpeting, improved air circulation/air quality.
