My massage therapist Kian was amazing. He is the best RMT I have ever encountered. I will definitely be back to see him. The receptionist was less than friendly but perhaps she was just having a bad day. I will come back and recommend regardless.

The overall experience was nice and relaxing. This was particularly the case with the reception area. I did find that for the cost, not all of my skin concerns were met and was not happy that for this to be achieved the cost would have to be significantly increased.

It’s a great location and value for money, but I’m ranking this against top spas such as Scandinave spa.

I bought a the bogo deal 2 for 1 massage and came for my first appointment and they insisted I had already used one of my appointments and couldn’t figure out what the problem was. They told me they would email me with a solution and haven’t heard anything yet.

Perhaps the massage could have used more pressure but my fault. He was a new therapist that I don’t normally see.

The rooms are not sound proof enough, if the hvac isn’t on you can hear the other rooms. The value isn’t there - as a member I kind of Expect there to be more perks espically for booking with the same person week over week. More useful member perks would be nice

I enjoyed a much better massage experience previously with another therapist who is no longer at the College Street location.

I had called to book a couples massage, when I got there I was told we would be in seperate rooms. I would have booked two seperate massages if I had wanted to do so. When I arrived it was explained that due to COVID it could not be offered, however, they did not tell me this when I booked my appointment. Quite upset as I no longer live in the area, had to change around mine and my partner's schedule just to find out we weren't going to receive the service asked. Whether I agree or not about the policy to not do couples massages does not matter, however, I should have been informed so as I actually would not have come in that day had I known.

The reception was not friendly when I arrived and when checking out, the receipt was for gar less than promised. I also dont like the sales tactics at the end. That will prevent me from visiting again.
