Massage was great, but not a very calming spa-like environment here. I'm okay with massages that are in a more clinical/therapy-focused setting but the price & marketing should reflect

I didn't like that I received multiple phone calls asking to move my appointment. It was frustrating because I spoke to a few people who asked the same question. I found it unprofessional and inconvenient

Amazing! I just don’t have the insurance and the income to be able to afford this on a regular basis. Otherwise loved this and appreciated the service provided by the MT Simon.

Would be nice to have electronic booking and booking reminding system. Right now it’s all in person or over the phone.

My appointment was lost. There was no record of any appointment for me. The rug in the massage room was really dirty. The massage therapist was amazing!!

The receptionist was a little pushy about having me book another appointment with her while I was paying. She also tried to have me purchase a membership

Could have been a little more explanatory and attentive at reception and room could have been nicer but my therapist was very knowledgeable and gave me great tips for solving my back problems.

As this was my first massage experience in a long time, I didn't have specific expectations. I just relax and let the therapist do what he does. Now I have a benchmark for comparison. I am satisfied.

It was all good.
