I had a great massage, however there was no receptionist when I got to the appointment to take my temperature or screen me. The massage therapist did it, but didn’t appear to know how to properly take my temperature.

I was not satisfied due to the noise in the next room, for the majority of the appointment all I heard was the practitioner and client talking loud for the entire time and I was not able to relax. I could hear the entire conversation and was not satisfied.

I had a wayspa giftcard and was informed in using it I wasn’t entitled to any of the promotions. This made me feel like I wasn’t a valued customer.

Thank you for a pleasant experience. I have no complaints at all, I enjoyed my time at Hand and Stone and will be returning next month. Thank you! Highly satisfied in my opinion is perfect and I don’t think it’s possible for things to be perfect.

Everything was wonderful. I just wish the stones were a bit warmer.There were points were they weren’t warm at all and it feels much better when they have warmth to them. Other than that the massage was great I would definitely recommend to others.

Current staff did not spend time knowing what are my issues. It was a general massage which meets Satisfy. At the end, reception staff was abrupt, just said bye, which ends the conversation. Understand the business may be, by the numbers, the more massaged, is the goal. Rather than quality to meet Highly Satisfied.

The massage was great but the therapist talked for most of the massage even when it was clear I wasn't much in the mood for talking. He was explaining techniques and expereinces he'd had with other patients which is fine now and again but since the purpose of the massage was relaxation, the constant conversation took away from the expereince.

I have a membership that combines a facial and massage service. With the latest COVID 19 regulations, I won't be able to continue the facial service, so I will be cancelling my membership.
