Hand and Stone

This was a last minute booking with a new therapist. I prefer certain therapists at Hand and Stone, they weren’t available. I still had a good experience and am grateful for my therapy.

$130 before tip for a 1 hour RMT massage Is too much.

Toilet did not work well, had to wait for the washroom, would be nice to have two washrooms available. Massage started a few min after my appointment time. Would be better service if the therapist greeted you at the front desk and walked you to your room rather than walking there alone

There is room for improvement.

It was fine. I find the services to be expensive, even with the intro fee. I go to a place in Leslieville that offers $90 for 1 hour so that's a better deal for me

- cloth did not cover area where I put my face into. I took tissues to cover that area myself. - unpleasant body odor in the room, most likely from previous patient (it was not the RMT) - RMT kept pushing for me to lie on my back, even though I explicitly stated at the beginning of the treatment that I was not comfortable - Not able to see availability of appointments online - must submit a form; had to call in to schedule. Receptionist was very nice.

I was given a paper to sign regarding Covid-19, no one took my temperature! Yes everyone was wearing masks but I assumed temperatures were being taken for all customers in case someone is sick, how do you know if someone is sick at the time they walk in?

Massage was adequate. It felt a little short on time and under 50 minutes of service time. It also seemed that this location is slightly more expensive than other hand and stone locations.

"Highly satisfied" means that the experience would have exceeded all my expectations. I was satisfied, which means the service was good and I will definitely come back.

Some covid measures make it a different experience but other than that it’s great.
