I appreciate the effort the facialist went to in explaining why certain treatments were needed and the general info she shared about treatment trends--She was also just very pleasant and kind. However, since they were running about 30 mins late for my appointment, I don't think she had time to read over my chart and as a result, she wasn't familiar with my previous conditions, cosmetic surgeries, and allergies.

Ken was great all in all... very professional and met my needs and beyond. Definitely no complaints with the massage. My complaint is I made an appointment for the special I wrote it in when I booked and I was clear with the receptionist who booked with me only to find out during my appointment that the facial part of the appointment had not been booked. The receptionist working though did offer me to come in another time however, I was already put off so didn’t want the appointment. She did give me a discount which I appreciate. I was just looking forward to it and it was disappointing.

I had to book this appointment because my original appointment on Sunday Jan 12 with Azra was rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance because apparently Azra does not work on the weekends anymore. The receptionist was not accommodating on the phone, and originally didn't even ask me if I wanted to re-book some other time. She was not pleasant on the phone to speak with at all, considering she was rescheduling my appointment with little notice. I see an RMT because of ongoing chronic pain in my shoulders due to an injury, and my appointments are always scheduled a month in advance. I do not appreciate having my schedule upended, and then not being accommodated in trying to find another appointment after the fact. I understand Azra is extremely busy and have always booked ahead for that reason; I would hope the same courtesy would be extended to customers, especially ones with memberships.

Everything was really great, it would have been nice to have the possibility to wash my feet or even take a shower after a day of work, before the massage.

During the past year, I noticed service from the some of receptionists have declined. A couple of times, she was pretty unfriendly. I called in once to make a change of time for my appointment and she was not very helpful or friendly. It felt like I was giving her extra work. In addition, I got a facial once and the service was very poor. She kept selling me on products and asked me to leave with the mask still on my face. I felt like I couldn't say no and ended up having to go to a coffee store to wash my face as I was getting hair and dirt stuck to the mask.
