Therapist is very good. A llittle too much pressure. Cost is more than what one is led to expect, esp w tax and tip.

Massage therapist continuously breathed on my face making me very uncomfortable. Receptionist was extremely rude and rushed me while I called to inquire about an appointment

I had both a facial and a massage. I was disappointed in the quality of the massage. The RMT didn't use traditional techniques and I ended up having to go to my regular massage therapist the next day to correct a neck issue she created. It was an interesting experience but I would not do another massage with Mirjana.

The issue with the hand and stone college is that both times I’ve been they’ve tried to sell me future massages. Particularly the manager woman, trying to sell sell sell. This puts me out of relaxation mode and on the defensive.

It was a great visit and a great experience, they just don't have enough space for a highly satisfied visit, like having a sauna or water treatment therapies like a pool or hotub which other high end places have.

The young man receptionist mentioned the black friday deal a few times which was totally fine but I decided I wasn't interested. There was a middle aged woman with blonde hair who asked me at least 2-3 more times and it was just very pushy. I came there to relax and when I say i'm not interested I'm not interested. I had just had my first massage there and it didn't make sense to get another straight away with my busy schedule because it took me 11 months to book my first one. I woild have come back easily without this experience but it has just turned me off.

I had to wait an unusually long time between services. I had a facial first, then had to wait at least 10 minutes to move to the second room for the massage, so it took longer than expected.
