I wished the massage was more effective. There were points when it was a very soft rub and I didn't really feel anything when I was expecting more pressure. Although the massage therapist was very nice, I wish we had less conversation and we could both focus on the massage. For the facial, it was a big turn off how often the facialist was pushing her products on me to buy.

I felt everything was just fine. The one massage technician was over a half hour late and while we were treated to a coffee next door it did leave us feeling rushed at the end as we both had plans elsewhere.

My experience was fine, but not exceptional. My RMT was very friendly, but I prefer a more business-like approach where we could get on with the massage without her giving me unrelated advice or information. (i.e., it's great that she knows and MD/Psychologist who can offer therapy for PPD under OHIP, but I was there for a massage.) Also, the receptionist at the end was really pushing sales. I can understand that this may be her job, but I am not a fan this approach.

I had a good experience but it was not above and beyond my expectations. I will still use again.

My husband's wedding ring was lost. Although they helped us look on the floor it all felt rushed and no follow up call was given. I would also wonder whether it was tossed in the laundry. The other thing was that our appointment started late, and then we were charged for extra minutes!

I had called to put my promotion on hold..and it was not done so. Although I do like the products offered..the price range is high so I cannot afford purchasing all of them every time I come in.

I parked directly in front of the store on College St. and my car was towed. It was raining on the day of my appointment so I left work early to get there on time. Even so, I arrived at the spa only 10 mins before my scheduled appointment. I was thankful to find an available spot right in front. I paid for parking using the GreenP app so I didn’t look at the parking signs (was in a hurry). So I didn’t know that the side of the street I parked on was cleared for the bike lane during rush hour. It didn’t explain this in the pay parking app and it would have been helpful had the receptionist mentioned it or asked where I parked. Ultimately, where I park is my responsibility but if this is mentioned during reception it can save a customer money. It cost $220 to get my car from the impound lot - that’s two massages at the non-member price.

The RMT was too talkative (but very nice)

Wait time after the massage was long resulting in Mr missing my train, next train was an hour later.

A main floor washroom is required in this type of business.
