The facialist was pushing the dermalogic products TOO much. She wouldn't stop talking which made it less relaxing. The massage therapist was great.

The massage was great! I think a darker room and therapeutic/calming/pleasant scent/quality linens would improve the experience. Overall—-> Skilled employees, but a better ambiance would make it the best!

Because I don’t felt any difference in me

Small note that while I was waiting to cash out, another therapist (I assume) asked me how my treatment was and then gave me her name and schedule and asked me to rebook with her next time, although she wasn’t who provide my with my treatment. It felt odd and put me off.

I simply wanted more pressure, and did ask for it, but I felt he held back slightly. My neck and shoulder areas are still tight and I would have preferred a bit more digging into the knots. Tommy was fantastic though, I did not speak up more

I just felt that the conversation with the aesthetician was just mostly small talk and not sincere. I would rather she not keep up with the small talk if not interested than sound very fake.

I came in with a gift card that I received last Christmas. I was told over the phone it had to be redeemed at the same location it was purchased which was inconvenient for me. When I tried to redeem after my massage, the staff could not find any record of it anywhere. Thankfully they let me leave while they sorted it out but the experience was frustrating. The massage itself was wonderful and the location beautiful.

For my massage, I choose to see Azra - she is great. She asks if there are any issues and addresses them with her expertise. For my facial, I was paired with Rachel. Rachel is knowledgeable about products and treatments, but was a little rough in terms of the scrubbing. I had sensitivity and irritation on areas on my face coming into the spa and told her about it; knowing that, she could've been a little more gentle, especially when it came to using the scraper/suction tool - the suction power strength was fine but again, a little rough in the targeted movements across the face.

While I did sign up for the membership I find the staff quite pushy to book the membership. I have had microdermabrasion before but this time I felt it was quite rough.
