I always feel a bit awkward at the end when asked about buying products - this time, I was told the ‘unfortunately the standard facial would do nothing for my skin and paid an extra upgrade because I felt pressured and worried. I’m in my late 20s and don’t have acne or major skin issues so this took me off guard. Why have a standard facial option if it’s not good for anyone? I would love to buy the skin products but it’s not in my budget yet and I have come to feel anxious about that after the services. Over all I’ll keep coming back but this treatment is a splurge in my beauty regime and until I’m ready to purchase new products I would like to not feel guilty or pushed into spending more

They were a bit behind schedule. They were very nice, but the esthetician forced me to upgrade products. They were good overall but i do not see an imporvement yet to my skin

I was highly satisfied with my massage therapist and the service he provided. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and did a fantastic job. I don't get massages regularly, but the others I've gone to have had additional services (e.g. hot springs, pools, gym, etc.), so I'm used to having a full day out of it. For the service I had, it was great. I did however feel pressured to enroll in the lifetime program from the receptionist. While I get the sales aspect, I didn't appreciate being questioned profusely when I didn't want to enroll on the spot. While I have partial benefits, I was not financially prepared for that commitment at this time.

Receptionist seemed rushed. I overheard a phone call where they seemed to be impatient with the caller.

I was not aware that I would be expected to fill out a form prior to starting my session; if I had known, I would have arrived earlier and not missed part of my appointment. The RMT was terrific but a bit brisk at the end. Otherwise, it was a terrific experience.

My skin got burnt from the wax, though that was my own fault for not expressing that the temperature was quite hot. More direction for aftercare procedures should be expressed. Employees were extremely kind and warm hearted.

The massage was wonderful and the facial was wonderful too! However the esthetician for my facial kept trying to upsell me by saying a classic wasn’t enough for my skin. I just wanted to do the classic because I had never received a facial before but ended up being pressured into doing a detox facial for an additional cost after already declining the microdermabrasion service.

The only thing I wish I could change would be to ask for the RMT to not use oil when massaging my face/upper neck. I'm not a fan of getting oil in my hair and should have spoke up.

I feel that the esthetician's seem to try to upsell all the time. It gets a bit irritating when you come somewhat regularly. And then when I agreed for the additional recommended service I was not aware that it was actually 3 services, so an extra $50. Need to be more transparent on that.

The experience was fine but I always feel that more products and services are trying to be pushed on me which I do not like and makes me feel uncomfortable. I only what the services I booked and I don't want products pushed on me.
