I would be more likely to go more often and more likely to recommend it if the service were a bit cheaper. Also, other massage places I visit book you for a full hour, not the 50 minutes

I had a great time, and I would probably come again if I weren't moving out of Toronto at the end of the summer. Everyone was kind and the massage was good. Sometimes the massage therapist went a little bit fast which diminished the relaxation somewhat, but he seemed to really know what he was doing. Overall, I had a great time!

As already mentioned previously, my nose remains reddened.

Reception must ask which I want to use: gift certificate, store credit or membership - not apply whichever they feel like.

It would be nice to have larger water cups at the front that aren't plastic. Also, why no robes or anything??

The massage given during the facial bordered on painful, as she kept hitting my clavicle with something hard. I wish I had known the facial included a massage prior, as I would have opted out considering I also had a massage that day. I feel the 'massage' I had during the facial actually negated the effects of my actual massage on my neck, which often experiences pain. The esthetician should have asked me about the massage and any health issues I have prior to just doing it, so I could have given her some direction.

The massage with Tommy was fantastic. The only downfall was that the room was extremely warm. As a person who suffers from asthma, I had a very hard time breathing and didn’t fully enjoy my service. The receptionist should have advised me about this problem before booking.

I had had a facial just before my massage. Perhaps that wasn't scheduled in the right order. it felt uncomfortable lying on my face immediately after having work done, I tend to find the head rest very firm and uncomfortable and I had some sinus discomfort after leaving my two appointments. More of a scheduling/equipment issue then anything.

I was charged a whole credit for showing late, I thought it would be half prive as I was told they would charge 50%. At my last appointment the therapist wasn’t reassured.
