The constant up selling made me uncomfortable and took away from the relaxation experience. On multiple occasions, I was told about upgrades, products and memberships especially when I was trying to leave. It took away from the experience.

I don’t like having deals or specials pushed on me

It was good but I would have liked a bit more attention to the specific areas I mentioned having discomfort in. I really enjoyed the massage, but the add-on scalp massage was less than great as the pressure was quite light and it was more of a temple massage than a full scalp massage.

The massage was fantastic - Bryan was knowledgeable, professional and handled all concerns I had regarding pain, as well as explaining what he was doing at all times (as it was my first pain related massage). He provided feedback in terms of pain management, recommended techniques and ongoing maintenance. The facial I had was okay - my skin feels/looks clearer. However, skincare is one of the most important things in my daily routine. I am always looking for new products to improve texture, evenness and reduce acne scars - I found the dermatology specialist pushy with the dermatologica products without even acknowledging the fact that I had told her many times I had looked into these products and was choosing to use other ones with virtually the same ingredients. I do my research on skincare, it is literally the only thing I spend money on and dermatologica is a great brand, but so are the products I use. Just thought she could have focused less on selling the products and more on the areas of my skin that needed work and what ingredients would fix those. The receptionist and store owner were incredibly professional and apologetic about this situation and handled it perfectly.

The facial that was part of the gift was basic. To get anything done, I needed extra services. The extra services I got did not equate more time for my appointment. So everything felt rushed.

I took the 60 min waxing session. I loved the service and the experience but I’m hairy overall and for me this isn’t the best deal. However for someone with lesser hair growth I’d recommend this place

It was good but my appointment was 7 mins late starting and they didn't add the time on tot he end of the massage so I didn't get the full 60 minutes

Reception wasn’t the most professional or friendly, unlike the owner who was very accommodating.

The rmt didnt use the full hour. She ended 10 minutes early and didnt provide much feedback on the areas of pain or discomfort.

I really don't like when Shamim keeps trying to sell products and/or tries to convince you for even more add-ons to the facial. It's not relaxing when someone is trying to sell you things. And I was annoyed that I had to ask for extractions, when it should be included in the classic facial, and I had to point out areas of my face that were missed in the microdermabrasion add-on.
