Disliked selling attempts of facial esthestian which all 3 of us encountered so clearly a standardized expectation of company.. Everything else was terrific and we got a special price from travel zoo so drove to this location from Burlington.

Good experience for the about that it costs. Always satisfied with my experience with the various massage therapists.

I would have liked there to be a transition area to help relax prior to the massage. I think there reception could have better drink options/glassware, as it was outdated and lacked spa quality.

When i booked initially over the phone i expressed to the lady that i wanted to do my massage first followed by the facial. She said yes no problem but when i arrived for my appointment the person working said they were fully booked so i could not rearrange the mistake that was made. That was a little upsetting. Then after the facial which i paid an extra 40 dollars for microdermabrasion when i got home i looked at my face and i didnt see any difference. I still have whiteheads etc. that was a little disappointing as i was expecting a deep extraction so my clogged pores would look clogged anymore.

RMT used forearms and elbows too much and just held position for long time. Would’ve preferred using hands to work on shoulders to get knots out. Had to ask to go back and do this

Therapists nails dig into my skin at one point. Would have been nice to have tea or something other than water in the lobby. Therapist could have focused more on specific knots and very tight areas.

I would say I was highly satisfied based on the price of the services.

I think the massage room is due a revamp.

I feel more time could have been spent on extraction. Upgrades to me felt like that only lasted a few minutes Other then that I was satisfied with the services received Individuals were friendly,
