The massage therapist I had was very into alternative medicine and care which is fine but I found it off-putting. I was there for a massage, not a health lesson with information that is not scientifically accurate and unrelated to the massage itself.

I enjoy the friendly reception. Everyone is quite professional. The place is super clean and that is very important to me.

I could not get an appointment time in the morning or early afternoon, the afternoon appointment started 10 minutes late, the rmt went over the 50 minutes of my appointment.

I've been to hand and stone before, I do enjoy the location I go to, everyone is professional and courteous. I just find $155.00 (with tip) very expensive.

I expected more during my Classic facial treatment. I came with the acne problem and was hoping for facial professional to extract some of my pimples. First of all, I didn’t feel like my face was enough steamed, steamer was pretty far from my face so I didn’t even feel a heat or anything. Secondly, apart from applying creams and cleaning my nose blackheads we didn’t solve any of the pimple “problems”. I fully understand that some of the blemishes are not good to touch because they are not ready, I had a lot of pimples that needed professional extraction so i dont do this at home and ruin my face. Also, I felt really pressured to buy Dermalogica products. I do agree this is a perfect brand to use on the face, but I don’t agree with the statement: all your creams and whatever you do is bad, throw it away and buy only Dermalogica. I even mentioned that at this moment I cannot afford this line, and what I heard: no, you can. I’m not trying to negatively criticize, just trying to be honest about my experience and expectations.

I also received a facial in my treatment, this was a little more uneven as I did not like it (products over my eyes or mouth), treatment person (Rachel?) didn't explain all the steps or what was happening (it had been a long time since I had a facial). Would not return for a facial again. She also didn't explain which products she was using or what the benefit of them was.

My only issue is appointment availability. I book appts based in physical need and often when I need there are none available

Message rooms could be a little bit warmer.

The wax used at one point got pretty hot and even though I told the esthetician about this she did not wait even for a little bit before applying the following times.
