Overall my experience is great but personally I do not like "upselling" during a treatment (facial). I find it cheapens the experience and discredits the providers opinion as well it's an uncomfortable time to say that you are not interested.

Amount provided for my insurance should have been the amount for non member. I ended up paying more what I expected Disappointed

I paid for the extra eucalyptus add on. It was completely unnoticible. The massage and massage therapist were both amazing.

It's a great place. Not too pretentious. My only issue is that it seems my appointments always get rescheduled and I have to switch therapists.

The appointment started 30 minutes later than scheduled. I would have appreciated knowing how delayed my appointment was to know if I should reschedule or run errands while waiting.

The lady doing my facial seemed more interested in pushing products than talking about my skin. Felt a bit hustled ie sold light treatment to me and I felt she didn't explain its benefits for my skin. Chastised the products that I use already w/o I think really knowing what she was talking about. Slight language barrier- kept saying good girl to me. Started off by asking if I was pregnant, and kept putting her fingers in my ears which was unpleasant. Kept talking about the product line Dermalogica and how she's an expert, but never really explained why these products were good for me personally. Just kept saying if I bought the products I would notice a dramatic difference? Not very relaxing!

The Esthetician should have been informed of what the client requested before starting the facial. Also the client should be informed of the service requested that it was not available.
