I did not like having my facial and leg waxing done on different floors. It broke up the relaxation.

I am highly satisfied due to friendly professional service. Appointment times I needed were available and accommodated for. The store is clean and staff friendly.

Receptionist should be friendly and welcoming. I found them very cold. Also they didn’t explain any thing about packages so I didn’t know what to expect. They should inform clients of different options before getting inside.

I find the rooms a bit too cold. As well, I saw a promotion for a $25 facial with a massage and requested this promo when I booked, but in the end my bill came out to $90 and I had to explain this to the receptionist before she honoured the promo. It should have been automatic.

The actual rooms felt very clinical. I don't recall any warm tones or pictures. just beds and walls.

My therapist this time was great, but I find a fairly wide range in the quality of the therapists. The HVAC system at this location disturbs the calmness of the session. It is very noticeable when it turns on. My therapist made great use of the heating towels which made my session more effective than in the past.

The receptionist couldnt answer my questions about becoming a member very well. She made a mistake on charging me and had to call back later. She also didnt really help me understand the program so Im hoping to learn more on return. In addition - she seemed confused about the specials offered. She told me about a facial for $25 offer, but then wasnt sure if I could add it to my service, or explain whar was involved in that facial offered.

I acknowledge that it is mostly my fault; I do not always read the hand and stone promotional e-mails, however, I feel that the receptionist should have mentioned that since I booked for a certain service( facial) in March, I became eligible for an additional free service.

I was 2 minutes late however, my therapist came to get me at 7 past. By the time we finished our initial consultation, we probably didnt get started until quarter past or even 20 past. It was an 80 minute massage that I used two credits towards. I looked at the time when complete and it was 26 after making the appointment just slightly over 60 minutes

There was a lot of noise coming from an adjacent room and I found myself focusing on that rather than the massage. I don't know if it was another business or what but someone was banging about so that you could hear them over the music.
