I was entirely sastisfied with my visit. I was able to book an appointment the same day and everyone was very pleasant. The only thing that was terrible was parking

I don't base a review on a single visit, so I can't just give you the max yet.

My appointment was booked for a couple weeks , upon the day if I get informed the therapist had to cancel our two appointments. I was very upset with being my first visit here. The receptionist made her accommodations in finding two available spots for us roughly the same time as we are from Guelph , with other therapists. Thank you Brianna. Made our visit much happier.

The floors look like they are never vacuumed. I mentioned this to the therapist back in March, and at that time I was told the cleaner’s vacuum was broken. Well, it still looks broken to me. I do not like to put my feet on the floors, so I use my shoes to stand on when changing, which is a tripping hazard. The cleaner’s poor service is reflected on Hand and Stone. Lastly, there is a very high staff turnover, which is a turnoff, as I have to reexplain my issues every time.

my attempts to pause my account was not noted, so was charged for non-visits. felt frustrated by the lack of email correspondence when asking to pause the account.

There was difficulty booking the appointment. Over the phone was busy so I had to walk into the location to book. An online booking system would be easier for me.

I think the point of the intro facial is to draw in potential customers. I din't think it was all that great. Also almost got overcharged for a sensitive skin facial even though it's not what I asked for and I was not told about the charge upfront. I don't agree with that business model. I'm just glad the receptionist decided not to charge me for that

Masseuse talked a little too much for my liking. But the massage itself was great.

I had a specific injury that had been hurting for over a week. The massage therapist was very good at identifying areas that were tense and relieving the pressure.
