It is never busy and always clean. The therapist is very skilled and pleasant. The music and lighting makes it feel luxurious.

Although the Orleans location could benefit from another massage therapist that does deeper pressure massages, I was still able to book times with a RMT that have suited my schedule so far. The receptionist is always friendly. The massage therapist is aware of my needs during a massage and is flexible with adjustments during the massage.

The appointment was on time. Even though there was a problem with the room temperature, I was offered the option to stay or change my appointment I declined and kept my appointment and the massage was excellent. The massage therapist kept a good pressure and I felt very good afterwards. I will return.
