My back gave out on a Tuesday and I was able to get an appointment fast enough to find relief. The only problem was that when I called for an appointment, the website (or internet) was down on Thursday and the appointment I had made over the phone was never registered when the the system came back up. I was really disappointed when I showed up for an appointment I thought I had on Friday for 2pm and was told it wasn't in the calendar. I was able to get another appointment the next day for 3pm. Other than that, I am highly satisfied with this business. I am also really enjoying the intro offer and I purchased 2 gift certificates at a great price!!!
