Both the receptionist and therapist were very friendly. While I believe the member program could be a better deal, the value for a one-time massage was better than expected. I look forward to returning because it was an excellent massage and very relaxing.

Nancy is a professional with a great personality. She recommends a type of facial, after assessing my skin, based on what my skin needs to improve.

Caitlin was very personable and made me feel very comfortable. Loved the firm pressure, as it definitely helped me relax. I intend to rebook with her.

I feel relaxed the minute I walk into the Wayne, PA Hand & Stone. It has a great, relaxing vibe. The staff is always courteous and friendly. I feel welcome there. And Albert is, by far, the best massage therapist I have ever had. I suffer from shoulder problems and he is very knowledgeable about techniques my physical therapist is using. That enables him to compliment my physical therapy. He always does exactly what I ask and I have never been disappointed.

The staff was welcoming, my therapist checked in with me throughout the service, and my massage was relaxing. Overall just the type of experience I want when getting a massage.
