Message therapist was kind and attentive. He gave accurate attention to my tight muscles and worked out the tension. He had a very pleasant bed side manner which I appreciated.

The person that did my facial was wonderful.

The store is near my home and there is enough free parking for al the businesses in this location. My husband waited for me and he really enjoyed the tea in the reception area, also the ambience, comfort, and quiet. My masseuse was empathetic and effective. She made me feel as though I was receiving extra attention and benefit. It was very dark in the room, which was a new experience for me, as I used to have massages every month before COVID, and was never quite so "in the dark" but I liked it ok. I made two further appointments and intend to get a massage every month. I am a very satisfied customer.

Albert focused on the issues that I have on my back when massaging, and asked questions to find out exactly what was needed. He applied enough pressure, which I needed and have had issues of past massage therapists going too light. Albert was very knowledgeable about the muscles and tendons and helped stretch my tense muscles as well

During my 2nd Hand and Stone experience, specifically at the Wayne (PA) location, I was greeted by welcoming and friendly staff who ensured I had everything I needed leading up to my appointment. My massage therapist, Janet, was on time and welcoming and I was pleasantly surprised after hearing how booked up she was from the person who recommended Janet to me. Janet took the time to understand my needs, offer additional solutions (Peppermint scalp, it was great), and complete the session leaving me relaxed and feeling great.

Everyone in this facility is very friendly and knowledgeable. My only request would be to use name tags or name plates so we know who we are talking to - There has been a fair amount of new staff added up front, and they always address me by name, but I don't know them by name.

Easy process to book appointment and massage achieved desired result - relaxation.

I have been using the same therapist for over a year. He understands my problem areas and is working diligently to relieve them.
