Everyone was very friendly and personable. I felt very comfortable and everyone was very accommodating. My massage therapist was extremely knowledgeable and gave me information that was useful about the treatment I needed and how to proceed to get the best results.

High quality of massage and therapist. Calmness of room. Was very impressed as my first time at hand and stone. Lobby space was a bit busy and no place to decompress afterward, but good value overall.

The front desk woman were very knowledgeable and warm when I entered. Equally after the session as well. My masseuse, Janet, made me feel the most comfortable I have ever felt & relieved the pressure/pain needed. She did amazing & I appreciated her taking the time to explain & answer my questions! Truly one of the best visits. Although I’ve always been satisfied coming to this location. Thank you!
