I had a great experience at Hand & Stone in Devon. I booked my session by phone because I had questions about the massage enhancements. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and helped me select an enhancement that best met my needs. My massage was with Bashar. Bashir greeted me and asked me about my goals for our session. He paid extra attention to my neck and back, which are my problem areas. At the conclusion of my session (and even more the next morning), I felt much better. Awesome!

My experience with my therapist Albert was very good. He was very receptive to the areas that needed work. The hot rocks were wonderful. Albert was able to pay attention to areas that I felt need extra attention.

I had trouble booking in line because I wanted to use a gift card. I called and was received very good customer service and was easy to book my service over the phone. My therapist Maureen was excellent, attentive and professional. I would absolutely go back to Maureen
