My favorite therapist, Marine, is simply the best! She understands biophysics and how to effectively get knots to release. This was my first time at this location and it’s lovely. The receptionists were so kind and friendly. I can’t wait to be back.

Monica W. is the absolute best and she keeps me loyal to Hand & Stone and to this location specifically! One constructive suggestion: if a client has to cancel last-minute due to a COVID positive test, you should not penalize them by forcing them to "spend" one of their membership massages. This policy discourages clients from telling you the truth about having COVID and being contagious.

I have had facials before at resort spas and at 2 different dermatologists offices. I found the facial at Hand and Stone to be less cold, clinical, and uncomfortable than my experiences at dermatologists. I felt so relaxed and my skin looked dramatically better after just one facial. I had such a good experience that I signed up for a membership that day.
