Clean, friendly, relaxing

I’ve been a member for a few years-recently ended my membership as I was turned off by a manager training some new people in the waiting area where I was getting my service. Clearly not a place to let customers hear how you are going to sell them packages. I took a break but missed Nancy, who does my facials. In my opinion—there is no one I will trust my face to. She is remarkably intelligent, humble and so very sweet. Her personality alone just makes you relax. I missed her. She is a gift to your business. She should be offered every incentive you can give her to ensure she stays because I will follow her wherever she is. Thank you!

I love the aesthetician Nancy. This was my third time with her and she is very knowledgeable and capable. She also remembers prior conversations that we have had which is nice. I feel like she has an e celebrate command of what is needed for my skin.
