Highly satisfied with staff, from my booking, my reception, ambiance and cleanliness of facility. Specifically I was highly impressed and satisfied with Joel, my massage therapist, who was pleasant accommodating, methodical, attentive, detailed during my massage. Also, my facial with Claudia was amazing as she was attentive, informative, accommodating and pleasant. Also, my interactions with Andrea, manager have been caring pleasant and professional. In summary, the staff at this location make one want to visit. Would definitely recommend Hand and Stone Wayne, PA.

Front desk and Nancy are wonderful. The app and booking on the app is a bit clunky, I often need to call because the app is not working properly.

The spa is a beautiful and relaxing place. The front desk staff are very friendly and really make you feel welcome. My massage therapist was Janet and she is more than amazing. I’ve had my share of massages and I’ve never been made to feel as relaxed as I was when Janet was through. In addition, she is extremely knowledgeable and personable.
