Easy to schedule & great massage , helped my neck pain

The reception staff was attentive and friendly, and very welcoming. I had to change my appointment two times and they were extremely helpful in finding a time that worked for my schedule. My massage therapist was excellent as well!

Always feel relaxed and stress free. Always works the area I have problems, pressure is great. Have to give shout to Chris the receptionist going beyond his duties, car parked next to me, so close, could not get in my car, Chris got in on the right side, climbed over console, and backed my car out of spot.

I joined many years ago because there was the possibility of walk-ins. The closest H&S is in Bryn Mawr, PA. This location NEVER has walk-in appointments available. The people who answer the phone are not very nice. They keep insisting that they are completely booked and that I should try to book the same time and the same therapist at least 3-4 weeks ahead of time. My work schedule makes it impossible to schedule ahead of time. On the other hand when I call the King of Prussia H&S they always find a walk-in appointment, same with the Wayne location. Another question I have is that the oils that is required to be used by H&S is yucky, I would like to use Bio-Oil. The oil or whatever they use smells rancid even if it is new. I understand that for legal reasons you must use something neutral. I would like to sign a disclaimer and use Bio-Oil which I can leave on my body after the massage. I bathe before a massage and would really like to leave the Bio-Oil on. Since the oil smells bad I have to come home and take a shower and wash my hair, this adds another hour to the entire massage. Thank you and looking forward to using my own Bio-Oil or that you give clients this option. Best, Ximena
