This was my second time at Hand & Stone and Kat again exceeded my expectations! She listened to my problem areas and took the time to make it a fantastic experience! Can’t wait to go back! The receptionist was super friendly and made booking a future appointment easy!

Good communication with the therapist. Atmosphere in the room was relaxing. Appointment was on time.

Only disappointment was massage heating component of the table was broken. I prefer a warm bed. She used a heater on floor to modify but just not the same. I would not want that room again.

Savoya is very attentive to my needs. The room is quiet and she doesn’t speak during massage which is perfect as I really want quiet and relaxation. She adjusts the pressure so it’s comfortable to me
