From the moment my friend and I walked in the whole staff was very welcoming. They got us seated, gave us heated wraps for our necks and gave us iPads to fill out the questionnaire. We waited a few minutes and were both called back for our appointments. Teona was great, she went over everything and suggested products to help with my skin. My friend and I both signed up for a membership.

The massage therapist was incredible. Marge is very skilled and attentive to my concerns. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming as well.

My therapist accommodates my requests. The beds are comfortable and I enjoyed the heated option. It’s a great way to de-stress.

The staff is very attentive, very professional. The establishment is very clean and organized. The employees appearance is very well groomed and well presentable. They make sure you are comfortable and understand the process before you start. They make sure you are completely comfortable with everything that is going on.

Location is close to home. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Always feel better after my massage.

First impression of the waiting area once I walked in was very calming and serene. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of all the staff. I have wonderful time and would definitely go back or even refer a friend or family member

Kia is my massage therapist and she always makes my back and neck feel better by the time we are finished. I get the scalp treatments and I can’t tell you in words how that makes one feel. I have tried other therapists but Kia at Grant Avenue is the only one I will use , just look at my records.

The massage therapist reassured me several times of my comfort level. Let me know what was to be expected and made sure that all of my needs were being fulfilled. Finally, the whole experience was care free and relaxing.
