Everything at this Hand And Stone was really really nice. I felt very comfortable as soon as I walked in the door when I made my appointment, the receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable of of the different types of services

I have been working with my massage therapist, Rafael, at the Northeast Philadelphia (Grant Ave) location for almost 7 years now. He is the sole reason I return to this location, despite moving out of the city 2 years ago. I have worked with other massage therapists at H&S (throughout several locations) and none of them come close to the knowledge, attention to detail, and care that Rafael demonstrates during each session. I sincerely hope that he is being compensated appropriately and that efforts are being made to bring the other massage therapists up to par with his standard.

Kristina did a phenomenal job. She even found areas i didn’t realize i was having issues with and i felt relieved and refreshed when i left

The establishment was not only very ambient but the employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The aesthetician was very well qualified and was able to explain how to further reach my skin goals but helping me with products and ingredients to look for. I can’t wait to come back!
