Hand and Stone

From start to finish, the Hand and Stone facility and staff were friendly and kind. It was clean and I felt comfortable enough to dress down to my comfort level. Overall my massage therapist is as always a 10/10!

My massage was excellent. It was want I needed last week. Steve did a wonderful job communicating with me about where I needed the massage.

My massage therapist (Ann Marie) is extremely good at her profession. Everyone is very friendly. The waiting area and massage room were very clean.

The esthetician is amazing, knows products well and what is needed during the session. She makes you feel welcome and comfortable during the session.

I am always greeted with a smile . There was a little problem with my appointment and some miscommunication, but the girls fixed everything right away and with a smile!

I really enjoyed my experience with Alex and the front desk staff. They were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. If there were any issues or concerns, they handled them immediately and professionally.

I have always been very satisfied with this Hand and Stone. All the people working here have been welcoming and professional. They are also very accommodating. I look forward to my visits every time.

The facial was very calming and relaxing. She took her time during the facial.

The massage therapist listened to what I said and areas that needed extra attention. Steve asked during the massage how I felt and if enough pressure was being applied. Steve was also very helpful when it was time to roll onto my back and offered to take my watch and put it on the counter. The music and the room were very beneficial to help relax as well.

I have found a therapist that meets my needs.
