I was satisfied with my hand and stone experience because it was easy to make my appointment. My facial was amazing. My skin looks great!

The receptionist I spoke to, Sierra, was EXCELLENT. She's the first person there in a long time who seemed to know what was going on. I wish I had more time when I went in to have her explain or show me how to see the points I have, what I can use them for and how I earn them.

My experience on the whole was great. The front desk staff were extremely nice. My massage therapist was wonderful, she was very sweet, made me feel comfortable and the massage was great! I will ask for her for my next visit.

I felt comfortable with my therapist. She addressed herself, without my even having to tell her, the knots and tightness in my back, and really worked them out. The bed was warmed, she gave me plenty of time to change and get dressed, and let me just be quiet.
