The Hand and Stone location is very comfortable and relaxing. My massage therapist is friendly, skilled, well-informed and very attentive to my personal needs. I feel that my monthly massages at Hand and Stone are a true benefit to my health and well-being.

Absolutely love the Grant ave location! The staff are always friendly, the spa is always clean and has such a relaxing environment. I've been with this Hand and Stone for a few years, I get my waxing, facial, and massage services done here and I wouldn't change any of it. Rafael is also an amazing massage therapist who's very conscious of his job and always makes sure I am 100% comfortable. I also see Meredith for waxing and facials and she is one of my favorite people to visit! I always tell her I need to pay her for my little vent sessions while getting services done because she allows me to chit chat will trying to take my mind off the waxing!

I was checked in quickly. Did not wait long for my therapist. She had great hands & good suggestions to help me to experience less pain in the future

The receptionist I spoke to, Sierra, was EXCELLENT. She's the first person there in a long time who seemed to know what was going on. I wish I had more time when I went in to have her explain or show me how to see the points I have, what I can use them for and how I earn them.

My experience on the whole was great. The front desk staff were extremely nice. My massage therapist was wonderful, she was very sweet, made me feel comfortable and the massage was great! I will ask for her for my next visit.
