The aesthetician was very friendly. She paid attention to concerns I had as well as what I was already doing to enhance my face. She also took her time explained what she was doing and answered questions along the way

The staff were friendly. The front desk girl was so so nice. And I cannot say enough good things about Kia. She was an excellent masseuse. If I did go back to this H&S location, I would absolutely request her. She was friendly, courteous and professional. She was mindful of the areas we discussed and helped me to relax. I could tell she takes passion in her career. As for my unlikeliness to return... I do appreciate the BOGO gift card sales, however, even still, with costs so so high nowadays I cannot afford the luxury of a massage on a regular basis.

The facility is very clean and comfy. Facial person very knowledgeable and friendly. Receptionist's were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The receptionist, I didn't catch her name but I remember the nails. She may have been the nicest person I encounter all year and hee customer service was impeccable. She had me ready to give 5 stars before I even saw my massage therapist.

Dana was my massage therapist and she was truly amazing! She has a special gift and I highly recommend her. She is knowledgeable and compassionate. She knows the exact places to massage and was very intuited to my body.
