the atmosphere there is always relaxing and they are usually on time. Check in is quick and check out equally as easy and booking future appointments. I LOVE my massage therapist Chantal she is great and remembers the small small thing appointment to appointment like wanting a pillow and my focus area of my back. Patti my facial gal is great and always takes her time and suggest the right facial at each appointment depending on the current need of my skin.

Rafael is very good At massaging. So glad he is back.

The staff were friendly. The front desk girl was so so nice. And I cannot say enough good things about Kia. She was an excellent masseuse. If I did go back to this H&S location, I would absolutely request her. She was friendly, courteous and professional. She was mindful of the areas we discussed and helped me to relax. I could tell she takes passion in her career. As for my unlikeliness to return... I do appreciate the BOGO gift card sales, however, even still, with costs so so high nowadays I cannot afford the luxury of a massage on a regular basis.
