I think I hit dissatisfied for room cleanliness by accident and j can't go back to fix. I was satisfied. The receptionist was very welcoming and informative. Alex the therapist was great at his job. I've never booked with same therapist twice but I will be booking with him again. Thank you

Please, bring back paper towels in the bathrooms. The "air dryers" are noisy and spread germs. Plus, if the trash can is easily accessible, the door knob can be used with the paper towel.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The therapist was very sweet and receptive to my needs. Very understanding of what areas needed to be worked on more. I think the only thing that would have been helpful is for the therapist to check in after a minute or so to check in about the amount of pressure because i always feel bad about asking for more pressure.

Receptionist were very friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. The service was exceptional. Actually signed up for a memebership and can’t wait for my next facial.
