The receptionist was extremely service oriented and very personable right from the beginning. She made me feel very welcome and if I was the most important customer.

I have been going to the same massage therapist for years and have never been disappointed in service. The receptionists are welcoming and the overall experience at Hand & Stone is exceptional👏🏾💖

The therapist was extra considerate with my meds. She spent extra time in my problem area and explained what she was doing. No waiting time and great ambiance.

I was madeto feel comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. I was introduced to my esthetician Liz right away. Liz was excellent in her treatment of my skin and was very knowledgeable just made me feel good!!

The therapist Shantell was pleasant and gave an amazing massage, literally the best one that I've had since I've been there. The appointment did start a little late but I was more than pleased when I left and have her a nice tip. She deserves a raise or at least a nice lunch on you guys!

I love Maureen. She’s been my esthetician for over 6 years. She’s the reason I keep coming back. However I do not like the fact that the prices keep going up. This makes me question if I want to continue with their membership.

I expressed a concern about a previous visit and both my esthetician and the manager quickly addressed it and provided a favorable solution. My esthetician (Maureen) always provides extraordinary service.

The salon is always clean and beautiful. Meredith is awesome. I have been a member or 7 years and it seems that only Meredith knows my name. I come every but no one addresses me by name when I come in.

Nice friendly staff. Knowledgeable safety clean and sanitary areas. Knowledge of programs and membership offers.
