The Therapist was excellent.

The facial was relaxing. I was told everything that was being done. Everything was explained to me. All my questions were answered

The reception staff were very friendly and pleasant, and provided a heated neck wrap. My massage therapist was wonderful - she knew exactly what to do to address problem areas and other areas. It was a great experience for me on a not-so-great day otherwise.

I have been going to Hand & Stone Grant Ave for about a year now and have always found the staff and therapist friendly at all times and knowledgeable in all your offerings. Always are greeted with a hello as soon as I walk in the door, my therapist I have been seeing the same one. is always friendly and asked if i want a specific area concentrated on always, and if I want to add anything to my massage she explains the benefits to me as well.

I was highly satisfied because the sweet receptionist offered me a warm neck wrap and some water which instantly put me into relaxation mode.

The reception area is great and the receptionists are very helpful and friendly. Kia, my massage therapist, does a fantastic job everytime I'm there and always makes sure I'm doing OK and if I need focus anywhere.
