The owner Connie is very engaging, remembering names and events. Nancy was wonderful. She explained every step of my facial and recommended a dermal abrasion which I've never had before. My skin feels wonderful and look forward to next month's appointment.

It is a little hard getting an appointment when I am available as it is busy. My massage was amazing and exactly what I needed after a long work trip. My facial was fantastic and I still cannot believe this is my skin!!

I have always had a good experience at Hand and Stone! Two times I have been a little bit disappointed, however. Both times involved a therapist who was too talkative. I enjoy quiet massages. I felt rude saying that outright, but I thought that my short responses would indicate my feelings. One time, a therapist was even talking about religion, which I felt was an innapropriate discussion to be had. I also enjoy a firmer pressure and one therapist in particular did a great job, but since I can rarely schedule with the same therapist, I don't get the same pressure from everyone and each therapist seems to have a different idea of what firm is. However, I have always enjoyed my massage and felt welcome!
