The staff was extremely pleasant, friendly. The wait area and room were very clean. There was a issue with a gift card had I received as a gift, but the staff took care of the issue and were extremely professional.

From the moment I entered Hand & Stone I felt welcomed and everything was personalized to me and my preferences. The receptionist was friendly and referred to me by name. The esthetician was so nice, asked about my concerns with my skin, and made me feel comfortable and satisfied with my experience.

I had to cancel my appointment that I had and had to reschedule. I felt so bad doing it, but the ladies there reassured me it was okay and they completely understand things happen and not to feel bad. Rescheduling was super easy. When I went in for my massage and facial, I was a bit early but did not even notice I had to wait because the women at the reception desk talked to me the whole time! They asked me if I needed some water before I went back. I then rescheduled my next service as soon as I was done with the one I went in for. I always rave about Hand and Stone. I am young (21) and am just starting to put my money in places that matter and I always try to tell people one of my best purchases/memberships is hand and stone!! I would come every day if I could afford to. Alexis told me great every day stretches to help with shoulder pain I have and Nancy helped me decide which exfoliant to buy the last time I was in then and this time in, she remembered I bought it and even asked me how it has been going. I love coming here and the service is always great!!

Beth gave a fabulous massage. The peppermint scalp massage adder was awesome (could have been a little longer). The entire experience was great.

Connie is really thorough in running this Hand &stone location. She Has an excellent rapport with her staff and guests alike. Jason is an excellent therapist

Reception area employees are extremely friendly and everybody greets you by name. Therapists are knowledgeable and professional. I always try to get the same one. Feel better when I leave.

Therapist treated the specific issues we discussed. Pressure was excellent and she backed off with any discomfort.
