Liz and Alln always provide exceptional service. I always schedule my appointments with them. I am happy that Hand and Stone has improved their employee retention rates. During the first year of my membership every time I found a therapist I liked they were no longer their the next time I was there.

Uraina provided excellent service in a very professional and at the same time friendly manner. She asked what my massage preferences were and made sure they were met 100%.

Nancy was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She made product suggestions without pressure to buy them and educated me about my skin. She was so pleasant and friendly and my skin feels and looks great! I will absolutely recommend her to friends, family, and anyone who asks!

The woman who provided the service was very friendly, provided me with good advice, answered all my questions, and gave me water at the end of the session.

My massage therapist was very good, I felt wonderful after the massage was done. I had the peppermint scalp update which was also very good. I feel that the receptionists are not always very friendly either on the phone or in person and that could be improved. I had put in a request for an appointment online with time to make the appointment at a time that worked for me but I never heard back and by the time I realized it I had very limited appointment availability. I have had a lot of trouble getting appointments when I need them and therefore am many services behind in months. I asked when I joined how far in advance an appointment was needed and was told usually a couple of days, I have not found that to be the case.

The receptionists are very friendly, always smiling, and accommodating. The reception area, bathroom and massage rooms are all very clean and comfortable. My massage therapist, Allen Turner, always gives me a great massage, and pays extra attention to the areas that I point out as needing a little extra time.

Liz is excellent. She takes her job very seriously & wants her client's experience to be helpful & pleasant.
