I loved the facial I received and would love to come back more often. However the cost of services is too high to make it something I can do regularly.

My massage therapist did not know she was to start at 10 AM and so I went home. Luckily she came in a bit later and the next appt. canceled so I was able to come back in for my massage. The manager was very apologetic and gave me a complimentary 90 minute massage. I found this to be generous and am a happy customer. Accidents do happen.

The staff is friendly, making eye contact while talking to you is great. My therapists, I use 2, are great.

I am a new member and gave my two young adult daughters gifts to Hand & Stone for Christmas. One got a massage and the other a facial. It was very important to me that they enjoyed their time, and, I'm pleased to say, they both LOVED it. It made me feel good that they were very satisfied with their gifts.
