The paid massage is for 50 minutes but in reality we only get ~40-45 minutes massages. The masseuse take you back at the top of the hour but then they leave for about 5-7 minutes for you to undress. Then they start the massage but no matter how late they start it always ends at x:50. This is considered false advertising and I’m not really getting what I’m paying for.

The cost of the services continue to go up. I have kept my membership because I need to use up my packages. Once I do so I plan to cancel my membership. I have been a member since 2015. Altough I enjoy my services, the length of time I am actually being in treatment vs cost the value no longer makes sense. Most times your services include waiting on your person to come into the room. In all maybe 45 minutes of massage if that.

My massage did not start until 10 minutes after my appointment time and ended 10 minutes earlier. So my 50 minute massage was actually only 40 minutes. She was very nice but I expected my entire 50 minute massage.

My only complaint was that the 50 minute massage only lasted 45 minutes. Besides that everything was great.

When booking, the receptionist said the gift card was not applicable. After speaking with mgmt, it was. The massage wasted little time with dry hands outside the blanket on massage.

I like more pressure and it was just not deep enough. Some people like a relaxing massage, but that is not me. I want deep pressure.
