Hand and Stone

Both technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and knew their products. Alan and Hannah are wonderful. The only thing I would change is to have my facial first. Since it was my first facial in about 40 years, I was unfamiliar with what to expect. That was definitely not Hannah's fault.

It was fine what expected vs wow experience.

It was good and I was satisfied. Have to reconsider cost.

The front staff were talking about food when i came in. It felt weird that I was there to relax while listening to them pick what they’d eat. Obviously eating is a human need it just felt odd that I was treating myself to an hour of relaxation and they were discussing lunch. I was offered to add upgrades to my service but I genuinely didn’t know what they were. Rather than ask what it could include I just said no.

I really liked my massage therapist and booked her the next day

My session started late and I was told that she would add the extra time to the end of the session but that didn’t happen, other than that I was satisfied.

The next day I still had some of the same pain. A few days later, a new pain emerged. Toward the end of the massage, the therapist seemed to lose steam. Perhaps she was just tired as I have always been happy before.

Mainly it was the mediocre warmth of the receptionist. She never asked if i wanted an add or service. She ushered me away from the desk to complete a form when no one was there, but didn't do the same for the next guest. The massage therapist first came out looked around the room and never called my name. She only came out after i was sitting in the room 5 to 10 minutes passed and the other receptionist came to get her. The service was good, but the beginning did not start off right. I came to relax and feel appreciated and that's not how i was treated from the start. I wasn't even asked if i wanted to book my next appointment. It felt like she wanted to rush me out.

My massage therapist was excellent. He was just the right amount of Pressure. He was very attentive to areas that needed extra work, much more than I expected. Overall, an excellent experience!

It's a ice treat but not a necessity in my life. Appointment availability is not doable with my work schedule.
