Not enough actual massage done

The consistency amongst aestheticians is not equal

I like more pressure and it was just not deep enough. Some people like a relaxing massage, but that is not me. I want deep pressure.

There’s just not enough appointments available

I remember in the past how wonderful the faci was. It was not the same. She was super friendly and full of knowledge but it just overall blew me away.

She talked WAY too much during my massage. I just wanted to relax but she kept giving me tips and pointers about my pregnancy.

I was asked about any specific areas and said my neck and base of the neck and shoulder. Neither were touched. I didn’t real any better the rest of the evening or next day.

It would be a great add on if the environment had some aromatherapy going on instead of only having it as a $10 add on

I prefer a firmer massage which I feel would have helped one of my problem areas much more.

The facial was very enjoyable and massage were just fine. There was nothing outstanding but there is nothing wrong with it either. I gave both women a nice cash tip. I have been to other spas that have lockers in the waiting room & offer teas & fruit flavored waters. I know this should not make any difference but it sure is nice. But with that said all your staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and your office is clean. I will be back.
